This Privacy Policy explains how Let's Go Live (“Let's Go Live,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website at letsgolive.io and our browser-based show control tools, including Stage Timer, Prompter, VOG, and Backup Live Stream (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Let's Go Live is operated by a United States company. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), and any workspace or organization details you provide.
  • Billing information. When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. We retain a customer identifier, subscription status, and billing history needed to manage your account.
  • Content you create. Timers, prompts, announcement scripts, presets, templates, stream configurations, and other content you create or upload while using the Service.
  • Usage and device data. We collect product analytics such as pages viewed, features used, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, device type, and referring URLs. We use PostHog for product analytics.
  • Communications. Records of support requests and other communications you send to us.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • Create and manage your account and authenticate your sessions;
  • Process subscriptions, payments, and billing;
  • Send transactional messages, including account, security, and billing notices;
  • Respond to your requests and provide customer support;
  • Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve features and reliability;
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and storage hosting;
  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing;
  • Cloudflare — content delivery, security, and live stream infrastructure;
  • PostHog — product analytics;
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.

Each provider is bound by contractual obligations to protect your information and use it only for the purposes of providing services to us. We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect functionality.
