Show Templates & Presets
You run the same show formats every week. Corporate keynotes. Panel discussions. Award ceremonies. Now you can save an entire multi-tool setup — timers, scripts, VOG announcements, and sync triggers — as a reusable template. New show in under 60 seconds instead of rebuilding from scratch.
We're shipping with six built-in starter templates for common formats:
- Corporate Keynote — Full-stage setup for a single keynote speaker. Includes a 45-minute countdown timer, walk-in and wrap-up VOG announcements, and a prompter script with speaker introduction and closing cue markers.
- Panel Discussion — Multi-segment timing for moderated panels. Four speaker timers (10 minutes each) with auto-advance, a moderator prompter script with per-speaker cue markers, and transition VOG announcements between segments.
- Award Ceremony — Presenter-by-presenter flow for awards shows. Includes walk-up music hold timers, winner announcement VOG cues, and a prompter script structured by award category with acceptance speech timing.
- Town Hall / All-Hands — Executive presentation with live Q&A segment. A 30-minute keynote timer, 15-minute Q&A countdown, opening and closing VOG announcements, and a prompter script with agenda section markers.
- Worship Service — Service-length timing for worship and liturgical events. Includes sermon, worship set, and offering timers, welcome and closing VOG announcements, and a prompter script for readings and liturgy.
- Conference Breakout — Quick-turn session setup for breakout rooms. A 25-minute presentation timer, 5-minute Q&A timer, room transition VOG announcement, and a minimal prompter script with session intro and wrap cue markers.
Pro users can also save unlimited custom templates from any active session. Share them with your team if you're on a Workspace plan.
Custom Branding & Display Themes
If you're running a show for a Fortune 500 client, the confidence monitor shouldn't say "Powered by LGL." Pro lets you upload client logos, set brand colors, and choose from a curated font library. Apply a brand profile to any viewer display — timer, prompter, or VOG — and switch between up to 10 saved profiles.
Free accounts show a subtle LGL watermark on viewer displays. Pro removes it entirely.
Cross-Tool Show Sync
This is the feature no competitor can build. Stagetimer, CloudPrompter, and VOG services are separate products from separate companies — they can never offer integrated show flow. LGL is the only platform where a timer completing can auto-advance the prompter to the next speaker script and fire a VOG announcement, all within one session.
Here's how it works:
- Configure sync triggers per timer — choose which prompter cue or VOG announcement fires when each timer completes
- Drop
[CUE: timer-name]markers in your prompter scripts — the prompter auto-scrolls to the matching cue when the linked timer completes - Monitor the entire flow from the Show Flow panel — a visual timeline in the controller view shows your linked sequence and what's coming next
Every auto-triggered action gets a 3-second cancel window so you stay in control during live shows. Nothing fires without giving you a chance to override.
